High-Tech Cleanroom Solutions for Pharmaceuticals, Biotech & Medical Industries
INEX – Cleanroom Design & Manufacturing for Pharma & Biotech
INEX specializes in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of high-tech cleanrooms for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical, and other regulated industries. Every project adheres to strict international standards—including GLP, GMP, and GEP—as well as local regulatory requirements. Our approach prioritizes technological efficiency, operational safety, cost-effectiveness, environmental sustainability, and functional flexibility.
Compliance-Driven Project Execution
All design projects follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), with Good Engineering Practice (GEP) applied throughout the entire project lifecycle. This ensures solutions that are not only compliant but also economically optimized—precisely aligned with both client specifications and regulatory frameworks.
Tailored Solutions for Maximum Efficiency
We create cleanroom facilities fully customized to your technical or production cycle requirements. Optimal construction and operational costs are achieved through:
– Individual selection of structures and materials based on your specific needs;
– Precise matching of equipment parameters to your manufacturing technical requirements.
Quality Through Expertise and End-to-End Oversight
Quality at INEX is defined by meticulous attention to detail and a truly individualized approach. Our multidisciplinary team includes professional designers with expertise in architectural planning, mechanical and electrical engineering, commissioning, and process integration.
Every project undergoes rigorous review by INEX specialists—experienced technologists, standardization experts, engineers, and technicians. From initial concept to final handover, our developers provide continuous oversight, enabling timely adjustments, consistent technical performance, and full regulatory compliance.
Early Collaboration = Greater Success
The most effective outcomes occur when clients engage INEX at the earliest stages of infrastructure planning. Our specialists assess critical architectural factors related to cleanroom integration, align on comprehensive production and technology requirements, define zoning strategies, and identify potential constraints or risks upfront.
This proactive collaboration accelerates implementation, reduces duplication of effort, prevents structural inconsistencies, and avoids unnecessary costs—making us a true partner from day one.
Advanced Digital Design & Smart Integration
INEX employs 3D modeling for all systems—from room layouts to HVAC, electrical networks, and technical equipment. Cleanroom operations are managed via an advanced IT interface built on international standards and further customized to meet unique client demands.
Beyond Equipment: Integrated, Future-Ready Facilities
We don’t just supply equipment—we develop integration strategies that ensure your facility is built quickly, safely, efficiently, and sustainably, while meeting future operational needs.
Our in-house R&D and production department manufactures proprietary cleanroom technologies entirely in Russia, using domestically produced materials and components. Innovations include:
- Waste decontamination systems
- Sterile tank storage units
- Custom sterilization equipment
- Cleanroom-specific modular constructions
As one of Russia’s first companies offering end-to-end cleanroom solutions with full localization, INEX actively supports national import substitution initiatives.
What Is a Cleanroom?
A cleanroom is a controlled environment engineered to minimize or eliminate airborne particulates—microscopic solid or liquid particles and microorganisms ranging from 0.005 to 100 micrometers in size. When required, additional parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure are also precisely regulated.
Modern cleanrooms use unidirectional laminar airflow to prevent turbulence. This ensures that particles generated by personnel or equipment settle near the floor and are efficiently removed—never allowed to disperse randomly.
Cleanrooms are essential in high-precision sectors including pharmaceuticals, medicine, microelectronics, and advanced scientific research.
